Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused and unopened, with all manufacturer seals intact, and returned in its original undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals and proof of purchase.

Contact info@greencontrolstechnology.co.th before returning anything. If the return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

If a product is defective, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, GreenControls Thailand will cover reasonable return shipping and provide a replacement or refund, including applicable original delivery charges.

Non-returnable products

Unless defective or incorrectly supplied, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened, installed, programmed, configured or used products
• Customised or special-order products
• Cut-to-length products, including cable
• Software, licences or activated digital products
• Products damaged after delivery

Refunds

We will inspect the returned product and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may require additional time.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
