- Processing Time: It takes 1 to 3 business days to check your payment, buy your item from our KL supplier, and pack it.
- Shipping Time: Delivery from Kuala Lumpur to Thailand takes 7 to 14 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your package 8 to 17 business days after you pay.
Shipping Rates
- Weight & Volume Rates: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
- How It Works: The cost depends on the exact weight and total size (volume) of the items you buy.
- Final Price: You will see the exact shipping total on the screen before you make your final payment.
Tracking Your Order
- We send a tracking number to your email the moment the courier picks up your package.
- You can track your box online from the warehouse in Malaysia all the way to your door in Thailand.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Your order ships across international borders from Malaysia to Thailand.
- Buyers must pay any import duties, taxes, or extra customs fees if the Thailand customs office asks for them.
